So I swear by whatsoever you see, 38 And what you do not see 39 because the Quran is certainly the word of a reverent messenger. 40 And not the word of a poet. How little is it that you believe! 41 nor is it the speech of a soothsayer little do you remember. 42 It is a Revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 And not one of you could have held Us off from him. 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 and (on the Day of Judgment) this will be a great source of regret for the unbelievers. 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
