For everything on the earth is extinction. 26 but forever will abide thy Sustainer's Self, full of majesty and glory. 27 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 28 Whosoever is in the heavens and on earth begs of Him (its needs from Him). Every day He has a matter to bring forth (such as giving honour to some, disgrace to some, life to some, death to some, etc.)! 29 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 30 We shall dispose of you, O ye two dependents (man and jinn). 31 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 32 O you who live in close communion with [evil] invisible beings and humans! If you [think that you] can pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, pass beyond them! [But] you cannot pass beyond them, save by a sanction [from God]! 33 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 34 Let loose at you will be smokeless flames of fire so that you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 36 And when the heaven is rent asunder, and then becomes red like red hide. 37 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 38 So on that day neither man nor jinni shall be asked about his sin. 39 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 40 The sinners will be recognised by their marks, and seized by the forelock and their feet. 41 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 42 This is Gehenna, that sinners cried lies to; 43 They will run around in blazing fire and boiling water. 44 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 45
