No! I swear by that you see 38 and by what you do not see, 39 because the Quran is certainly the word of a reverent messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! 41 nor is it the work of a soothsayer but only a few of you take heed. 42 This is the Revelation sent down from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 Surely it is a sorrow to the unbelievers; 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
