Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall make thee read (O Muhammad) so that thou shalt not forget 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 He who fears will mind, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 in which he will neither die nor live therein. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
