Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe to the worshippers 4 [But] who are heedless of their prayer - 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 and prevent the utensils of assistance. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
