Verily We bestowed Our favours on Moses and Aaron 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 We left him thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among the following generations -- 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
