Man asks, "When I am once dead, shall I be raised to life?" 66 Does not man remember that We created him before, when he was nothing? 67 So by your Lord, surely, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Shayatin (devils) (with them), then We shall bring them round Hell on their knees. 68 Then We shall carry off from every group those who were most stubborn in their opposition to the Gracious One, 69 Then, surely it is We who are most knowing of those most worthy of burning therein. 70 There is not one among you who will not reach it. Your Lord has made this incumbent on Himself. 71 But We shall save those who guarded against evil, and We shall leave the wrong-doers therein, (humbled) to their knees. 72 When Our lucid revelations are read out to them, the infidels say to those who believe: "Which of the two groups is better in standing, and whose company is more excellent?" 73 How many generations have We destroyed before them, who were far greater in riches and more boastful! 74 Say: 'Whosoever is in error, let the Most Merciful prolong his life span until they see that which they were threatened, be it a punishment, or the Hour. Then shall they know whose is the worst place and who is weaker in hosts' 75 God gives greater guidance to those who are guided; and good deeds that endure are better with your Lord for reward, and better for consequence. 76 Hast thou seen him who disbelieves in Our signs and says, 'Assuredly I shall be given wealth and children'? 77 Has he looked to the unseen, or has he made a pledge to the Merciful One? 78 By no means! We shall write down all what he says; and We shall greatly prolong his chastisement, 79 And it is We only Who shall inherit what he says (belongs to him), and he will come to Us, alone. 80 They have sought honor from other gods instead of God. 81 Never. They will deny their devotion and become their adversaries. 82
