Surely the tree of the Zaqqum, 43 is food for the sinner. 44 like molten lead will it boil in the belly, 45 As the seething of boiling water. 46 (And it will be said): Take him and drag him to the midst of hell, 47 “Then pour on his head the punishment of boiling water.” 48 Saying “Taste it! Indeed you only are the most honourable, the dignified!” 49 This is that which you doubted' 50 Verily the God-fearing will be in a place secure 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 They will be dressed in fine silk and embroidery, facing one another (on thrones). 53 Even so; and We shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris, 54 In that [paradise] they shall [rightfully] claim all the fruits [of their past deeds,] resting in security; 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
