The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the forthcoming event does occur. 1 Then will no (soul) entertain falsehood concerning its coming. 2 abasing, exalting, 3 This will happen when the earth is shaken, shaken 4 And the mountains shall be made to crumble with (an awful) crumbling, 5 So that they become dust seattered. 6 And ye shall be sorted out into three classes. 7 Those on the right hand; how happy shall those on the right hand be! 8 Companions of the Left (O Companions of the Left!) 9 As for the Foremost, they will be the foremost! 10 Those are they who will be brought nigh 11 In the Gardens of delight (Paradise). 12 A large group from the earlier generations. 13 And a few of later ages, 14 On couches in wrought with gold. 15 reclining on them, arrayed face to face; 16 They will be served by immortal boys, 17 with goblets, jugs and cups of crystal clear wine 18 Their heads shall not ache with it, nor shall they lose their senses. 19 And with fruits, any that they may select: 20 And the flesh of fowls, any that they may desire. 21 And companions with big beautiful eyes 22 like unto pearls [still] hidden in their shells. 23 As recompense for all they had done. 24 There they shall hear no idle talk, no cause of sin, 25 only the saying 'Peace, Peace!' 26 The companions of the right - what are the companions of the right? 27 Midst lote-trees thornless. 28 and acacias flower-clad, 29 And in everlasting shade. 30 By water flowing constantly, 31 and abundant fruit, 32 Whose season is not limited, and their supply will not be cut off, 33 And maidens incomparable. 34 Surely We have made them to grow into a (new) growth, 35 having resurrected them as virgins, 36 The beloved of their husbands, of one age. 37 like of age for the Companions of the Right. 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
