Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, all-mighty, all-forgiving." 66 Say, "This is momentous news, 67 To which you pay no heed. 68 [Say, O Muhammad:] "No knowledge would I have had of [what passed among] the host on high when they argued [against the creation of man,] 69 This alone is revealed to me, I am only a clear warner' 70 [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay. 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed My spirit into him, prostrate yourselves before him." 72 Then the angels bowed themselves all together, 73 Except Iblis; he was proud and was, from the beginning, a disbeliever. 74 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating before one whom I have created with My hands*? Have you become proud or were you haughty from the beginning?” (Used as a metaphor). 75 Said he, 'I am better than he; Thou createdst me of fire, and him Thou createdst of clay.' 76 Said He, 'Then go thou forth hence; thou art accursed. 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected." 79 Said Allah, “You are therefore among those given respite.” 80 "Till the Day of the time appointed." 81 He said: Then, by Thy might, I surely will beguile them every one, 82 except those of Your servants, the chosen ones from amongst them.” 83 (Allah) said: "The Truth is, and the Truth I say, 84 I will fill up Hell with you and every one of them who follows you." 85 Say: "I do not ask any compensation of you for it, nor am I a specious pretender. 86 “It is not but an advice for the entire world.” 87 "And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while." 88
