Hizb 38
< random >
The people of Noah accused the apostles of lies. 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 "I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 I seek of you no reward for this: my reward is with none except the Lord of the Universe. 109 "So keep your duty to Allah, fear Him and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said, 'What knowledge have I of that they have been doing? 112 Their reckoning rests with none but my Sustainer: if you could but understand [this]! 113 And I am not one to drive away the believers. 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said, “O Nooh, if you do not desist you will surely be stoned.” 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 So pass a clear judgement between me and them and rescue me and the believers with me." 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 There is certainly a sign in that; but most of them do not believe: 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
