The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Woe unto the defrauders: 1 Those who, when they have to receive by measure from men, exact full measure, 2 but, when they measure for them or weigh for them, do skimp. 3 What! Do they not expect that they will be raised? 4 On a Great Day, 5 the Day when all men shall stand before the Sustainer of all the worlds? 6 No indeed; the Book of the libertines is in Sijjin; 7 What could let you know what the Sijjeen is! 8 A record [indelibly] inscribed! 9 Woe, that Day, to those who deny [(Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, the Day of Resurrection, and Al-Qadar (Divine Preordainments)]. 10 who belied the Day of Recompense! 11 And none can deny it but the Transgressor beyond bounds the Sinner! 12 When you recite Our verses to him, he says, “Stories of earlier men!” 13 By no means! Aye! encrusted upon their hearts is that which they have been earning. 14 On the Day of Judgment, they will certainly be barred from the mercy of their Lord. 15 Then verily they will be roasted into the Scorch. 16 Then, it will be said to them: "This is what you used to deny!" 17 Nay, verily the record of the Righteous is (preserved) in 'Illiyin. 18 And what could make thee conceive what that mode most lofty will be? 19 A book inscribed, 20 witnessed by those brought nigh. 21 Verily the virtuous shall be in Delight, 22 On thrones, watching. 23 You will find in their faces the brightness of bliss. 24 They will be given a drink of pure wine, sealed, 25 With a sealing of musk, which those who aspire for the best should desire, -- 26 and its mixture is Tasneem, 27 A fountain from which drink they who are drawn near (to Allah). 28 Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed. 29 And, when they passed them, to wink at each other, 30 and when they went back to their families, they went back jesting, 31 and when they saw them said: 'These are they who are astray' 32 Yet they were not sent as guardians over them. 33 This day it is those who believe who have the laugh of disbelievers, 34 On Thrones (of Dignity) they will command (a sight) (of all things). 35 Will not the disbelievers then be duly recompensed for their laughing at the believers? 36
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
