Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 And We have removed any resentments which were in their breasts – they are brothers, sitting face to face on thrones. 47 Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I alone am the Forgiving, the Merciful One, 49 And that it is My punishment which is the painful punishment. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 When they came to Abraham they said: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: "Indeed we feel afraid of you." 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 "We have given you the happy tidings of a truth," they replied. "So do not be one of those who despair." 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 He said: And afterward what is your business, O ye messengers (of Allah)? 57 They (the angels) said: "We have been sent to a people who are Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners). 58 "(All) except the family of Lout (Lot). Them all we are surely going to save (from destruction). 59 Except his wife, of whom We had decreed that she should be of those who stay behind. 60
