In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Ya-Sin. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 and the Quran, the Book of wisdom, 2 you are indeed one of the messengers 3 On a path that is straight, -- 4 (This is) a Revelation sent down by the AllMighty, the Most Merciful, 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned and so they are unaware. 6 The Word has been realised against most of them, yet they do not believe. 7 We will certainly put iron collars on their heel's which will come up to their chins, so that they will not be able to raise their heads. 8 And We have put a bar in front of them and a bar behind them, and further, We have covered them up; so that they cannot see. 9 Whether you warn them or do not warn, it is all the same; they will not believe. 10 You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward. 11 Surely, it is We who revive the dead and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; We have counted everything in a Clear Book. 12
