It is He who gave you hearing, sight, and hearts, but only few of you give thanks. 78 And He it is who has caused you to multiply on earth; and unto Him you shall be gathered. 79 It is He Who gives life and causes death, and He holds mastery over the alternation of night and day. Do you not understand this? 80 On the contrary they say things similar to what the ancients said. 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 Our fathers and we have been given such promises before. These are no more than ancient legends." 83 Say: "Whose is the earth and whosoever is therein? If you know!" 84 They will say, "To Allah." Say, "Then will you not remember?" 85 Ask them, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: how then are ye turned away? 89 We have sent them the Truth: but they indeed practise falsehood! 90 Allah hath not chosen any son, nor is there any god along with Him; else would each god have assuredly championed that which he created, and some of them would assuredly have overcome others. Glorified be Allah above all that they allege. 91 Knower of the unseen and the visible; He is exalted above all that which they associate with Him. 92
