The tree of Zaqqum 43 is the food of the guilty, 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 like the boiling of burning despair. 46 'Seize him and drag him into the center of Hell. 47 Then pour the punishment of boiling water over his head, 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 This is that which you doubted' 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 Amidst gardens and springs. 52 dressed in silks and brocade, set face to face. 53 Just like that. We shall pair them with companions with large black eyes. 54 In that [paradise] they shall [rightfully] claim all the fruits [of their past deeds,] resting in security; 55 Nor will they there taste Death, except the first death; and He will preserve them from the Penalty of the Blazing Fire,- 56 As a Bounty from thy Lord! that will be the supreme achievement! 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59
