The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 Perhaps you will kill yourself with grief because they do not believe. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Do they not see the earth, and what beneficial kinds of things We have caused to grow in it? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 Your Lord is the Majestic and the All-merciful. 9
