۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 So We removed them from gardens and springs 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 This happened with them; (but on the other hand), We enabled the Children of Israel to inherit those bounties. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
