And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 We succoured them, and they gained the upper hand (against their enemies). 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 [and so,] when [We decreed the doom of his sinful town,] We saved him and his household, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
