Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 Is the food of the sinful 44 It will be like molted brass which will boil in the bellies 45 As does boiling water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 Then pour above his head of the torment of the boiling water: 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 Lo! this is that whereof ye used to doubt. 50 Indeed the pious are in a place of peace. 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 clothed in fine silk and rich brocade, sitting face to face with one another. 53 So (it will be), and We shall marry them to Houris (female fair ones) with wide, lovely eyes. 54 They will call therein for every [kind of] fruit - safe and secure. 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 an act of thy Sustainer's favour: and that, that will be the triumph supreme! 57 Certainly, We have made this (Quran) easy in your tongue, in order that they may remember. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
