And on the day that the enemies of Allah shall be brought together to the fire, then they shall be formed into groups. 19 when they reach it, their hearing, eyes and skins will testify against them for what they were doing. 20 And they will say unto their skins: wherefore bear ye witness against us? They will say: Allah hath caused us to speak, Who causeth everything to speak, and Who created you the first time and unto whom ye are now caused to return. 21 And you were not covering yourselves, lest your hearing testify against you or your sight or your skins, but you assumed that Allah does not know much of what you do. 22 That, your thought which ye did think about your Lord, hath ruined you; and ye find yourselves (this day) among the lost. 23 Even if they are patient, the Fire will still be their homes. And if they pray to be allowed to make amends, they will not be allowed to do so. 24 ۞ We had assigned to them companions who embellished for them all that was before them and behind them. Thus the same decree (of chastisement) which had overtaken the previous generations of jinn and human beings (also) became due against them. Surely they became the losers. 25
