The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 Is the food of the sinful 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 like the boiling of hot water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 [It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble! 49 Surely this is what you disputed about. 50 Verily the God-fearing will be in a place secure 51 Within gardens and springs, 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 Even so; and We shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris, 54 They will be offered all kinds of fruits, in peace and security. 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 And indeed, We have eased the Qur'an in your tongue that they might be reminded. 58 So you wait. They are also waiting. 59
