To God belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; on the Day when the Hour comes, those who follow falsehood will be the losers. 27 And you will see every nation kneeling [from fear]. Every nation will be called to its record [and told], "Today you will be recompensed for what you used to do. 28 This Our Record speaks about you with truth. Verily, We were recording what you used to do (i.e. Our angels used to record your deeds). 29 Now as for those who have attained to faith and done righteous deeds, their Sustainer will admit them to His grace: that will be [their] manifest triumph! 30 And as for those who disbelieved: Were not My revelations rehearsed unto you? but ye were stiff necked, and ye were a people guilty. 31 Whenever it was said: 'God's promise is certainly true, and there is no doubt about the Hour,' you replied: 'We know not what the Hour is. We have only a vague idea, but are not certain.' 32 And the evils of their deeds appeared to them, and the punishment they used to mock at encompassed them. 33 They will be told, "On this day We shall forget you in the same way that you had forgotten your coming into Our presence. Your dwelling will be hell fire and no one will help you. 34 This is only because you had mocked the revelations of God and the worldly life had deceived you. On this day they will not be taken out of hell, nor will they be granted any favors. 35 Then, to Allah belongs [all] praise - Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the worlds. 36 And to Him belongs [all] grandeur within the heavens and the earth, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. 37
