Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 who become confused during their prayers, 5 to those who make display 6 and refuse to help the needy. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
