We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it. 47 And We made the earth a base, so how well do We lay out! 48 We created two kinds of all things, so that you will remember. 49 Therefore fly to Allah, surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 Do not set up another god with God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 I want no sustenance from them nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 It is God Who is the Sustainer and the Lord of invincible strength. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
