1/2 Hizb 54

۞ I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 If he is among the near 88 there shall be calmness and ease, a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he be of the fellows on the right hand, 90 Then (the greeting) "Peace be unto thee" from those on the right hand. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 And roasting in a Blaze. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
