The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 who has ordained and guided, 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). 8 Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 And magnifies the name of his Lord and prays. 15 Nay, but you prefer the present life; 16 Though the life to come is better and abiding. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
