The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 who determined and guided, 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 And We shall make easy unto thee the easy way. 8 Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 Nay, but you prefer the present life; 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This indeed is what is taught in the former scriptures -- 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
