The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 Nay (behold), ye prefer the life of this world; 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 Most surely this is in the earlier scriptures, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
