The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 Would that you knew what the Clatterer is! 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 will have a most pleasing life. 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 A fire hotly burning! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
