Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Is it harder to create you or the heaven? But Allah built it, 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And afterwards spread out the earth. 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 preferring the present life, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 indeed, their refuge shall be Paradise. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46
