۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew 76 that this is indeed a noble Quran, 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 Which none can touch except the purified. 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 and make it your daily bread [as it were] to call the truth a lie? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 And ye are at that moment looking 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
