O you who believe! Eat not Riba (usury) doubled and multiplied, but fear Allah that you may be successful. 130 Save yourselves from the fire which is prepared for the unbelievers. 131 Obey Allah and the Messenger in order to be subjected to mercy. 132 ۞ Hasten to obtain forgiveness from your Lord and to qualify yourselves for Paradise. Paradise, vast as the heavens and the earth, is prepared for the pious 133 who spend [in His way] in time of plenty and in time of hardship, and hold in check their anger, and pardon their fellow-men because God loves the doers of good; 134 And who, when they have committed an indecency or have wronged their souls, remember God and pray that their sins be forgiven, (for who but God can forgive sins?) and do not knowingly persist in their misdeeds, 135 Those - their reward is forgiveness from their Lord and gardens beneath which rivers flow [in Paradise], wherein they will abide eternally; and excellent is the reward of the [righteous] workers. 136 Indeed there have been examples before you; therefore travel in the earth and see what was the end of the rejecters. 137 This is a declaration to the people, a guidance and an admonition to the cautious. 138 Faint not nor grieve, for ye will overcome them if ye are (indeed) believers. 139 If ye have received a blow, the (disbelieving) people have received a blow the like thereof. These are (only) the vicissitudes which We cause to follow one another for mankind, to the end that Allah may know those who believe and may choose witnesses from among you; and Allah loveth not wrong-doers. 140 This is so that God may try the faithful and destroy the unbelievers. 141 Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while Allah has not yet made evident those of you who fight in His cause and made evident those who are steadfast? 142 You were longing for death before you met it; now you have seen it, while you were beholding. 143
