Surely the God-fearing shall have Gardens of bliss with their Lord. 34 What, shall We make those who are submissive like the wrongdoers? 35 What is the matter with you? How judge ye? 36 Or have you a Book through which you learn. 37 Surely therein you shall have whatever you choose! 38 Or you have oaths from Us, reaching to the Day of Resurrection that yours will be what you judge. 39 Ask them, which of them will guarantee that! 40 Or have they any partners? Let them bring their partners then, if what they say is true. 41 On the day when there shall be a severe affliction, and they shall be called upon to make obeisance, but they shall not be able, 42 Their eyes will be cast down, ignominy will cover them; they used to be called to prostrate (offer prayers), while they were healthy and good (in the life of the world, but they did not). 43 Therefore leave the one who denies this matter, to Me; We shall soon steadily take them away, from a place they do not know. 44 And I bear with them; verily My contrivance is sure. 45 Or is it that thou dost ask them for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?- 46 Is with them the unseen, so that they write down? 47 So wait with patience for the Command of thy Lord, and be not like the Companion of the Fish,- when he cried out in agony. 48 Had not grace from his Lord reached him, he had surely been cast into the wilderness in a plight. 49 Then his Lord chose him, and He made him of the good. 50 And those who disbelieve would almost smite you with their eyes when they hear the reminder, and they say: Most surely he is mad. 51 Yet it is purely an admonition to mankind. 52
