Have you not seen how We send down to the unbelievers satans who prick them? 83 So make no haste against them (O Muhammad). We do but number unto them a sum (of days). 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 And drive the wicked into Hell like cattle driven to water, 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 They claim: "The Most Compassionate Lord has taken a son to Himself." 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 because they have ascribed a son to the Merciful. 91 although it is inconceivable that the Most Gracious should take unto Himself a son! 92 there is none in the heavens or on the earth but shall return to the Merciful in utter submission, 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 (Muhammad), We have given you the Book (the Quran) in your own language so that you could easily give the glad news to the pious ones and warn the quarrelsome ones. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
