Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Yaa-Seen (Alphabets of Arabic language – Allah and to whomever He reveals, know their precise meanings.) 1 By oath of the wise Qur’an. 2 you (Prophet Muhammad) are truly among the Messengers sent 3 On a right way. 4 The sending down of the Mighty, the Most Merciful 5 that thou mayest warn a people whose fathers were never warned, so they are heedless. 6 The Phrase has become obligatory upon most of them, yet they do not believe. 7 Verily! We have put on their necks iron collars reaching to chins, so that their heads are forced up. 8 And We shall raise a barrier in front of them and a barrier behind them, and cover them over so that they will not be able to see. 9 Whether you warn them or not, they will not believe. 10 You warn only him who follows the advice and fears the Most Gracious without seeing; therefore give him glad tidings of forgiveness and an honourable reward. 11 Verily, We give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before (them), and their traces [their footsteps and walking on the earth with their legs to the mosques for the five compulsory congregational prayers, Jihad (holy fighting in Allah's Cause) and all other good and evil they did, and that which they leave behind], and all things We have recorded with numbers (as a record) in a Clear Book. 12
