And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge). 16 When the two angels meet together, sitting one on the right, and one on the left, 17 He uttereth no word but there is with him an observer ready. 18 And the stupor of death will come in truth: "This is what you have been avoiding!" 19 And the Trumpet will be blown, that will be the Day whereof warning (had been given) (i.e. the Day of Resurrection). 20 And there shall come every soul therewith shall be a driver and a witness. 21 (And unto the evil-doer it is said): Thou wast in heedlessness of this. Now We have removed from thee thy covering, and piercing is thy sight this day. 22 His companion said: “Here is he who was in my charge.” 23 "Cast each stubborn unbeliever into Hell," (they will be told), 24 who is an opponent of good, a suspicious transgressor 25 who set up with God another god; therefore, you twain, cast him into the terrible chastisement.' 26 ۞ His companion will say: "O Lord, I did not lead him to wickedness, but he was himself far astray." 27 He will say, “Do not dispute before Me – I had already warned you of the punishment.” 28 The word will not be changed with Me, and never will I be unjust to the servants." 29
