The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the Striking? 2 And what shall teach thee what is the Clatterer? 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 A blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
