۞ Allah creates you weak; after weakness He gives you strength and after strength weakness and gray hairs. He creates whatever He will. He is the Knower, the Capable. 54 And on the day when the Last Day is established, the guilty will swear that they did not stay except for an hour; this is how they keep straying. 55 But those who have been given knowledge and faith shall say, 'You have tarried in God's Book till the Day of the Upraising, This is the Day of the Upraising, but you did not know.' 56 Their excuses will be of no avail to the sinners on that day, and they will not be allowed to beg for favour. 57 Indeed, We have struck for the people in this Koran every manner of similitude; and if thou bringest them a sign, those who are unbelievers will certainly say, 'You do nothing but follow falsehood.' 58 In this way does God seal the hearts of those who do not [want to] know [the truth]. 59 So have patience. The promise of God is surely true; and let not those who do not believe make you relax (your endeavours). 60

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
