Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 but are heedless in their Prayers, 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 and refuse to help the needy. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
