He who does good works while he is a believer, shall not see his efforts disregarded: We record them all. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 Until when [the dam of] Gog and Magog has been opened and they, from every elevation, descend 96 when the true promise draws near; the eyes of the unbelievers will stare (and they will say): 'Alas for us! Of this we have been heedless. We have been harmdoers' 97 Verily ye, (unbelievers), and the (false) gods that ye worship besides Allah, are (but) fuel for Hell! to it will ye (surely) come! 98 “Had these been Gods they would not go into hell; and they have to remain in it.” 99 There they shall groan with anguish and the din and noise in Hell will not let them hear anything. 100 [But,] behold, as for those for whom [the decree of] ultimate good has already gone forth from Us these will be kept far away from that [hell]: 101 They shall not hear even a whisper of it, and they shall live for ever in the delights which they had desired. 102 The supreme awesomeness [of the Day of Resurrection] will cause them no grief, since the angels will receive them with the greeting: "This is your Day [of triumph - the Day] which you were promised!" 103 The day We shall roll up the heavens like a written scroll, We shall revert it (to nothing) as it was before We first created it. This is a promise incumbent on Us; We will certainly fulfil it. 104 And indeed We wrote, after the reminder in the Zaboor that, “My virtuous bondmen will inherit the earth.” 105 Verily there is a message in this for people who are devout. 106 We have not sent you (Prophet Muhammad) except as a mercy to all the worlds. 107 Say: 'It is revealed to me that your God is One God, do you then surrender' 108 If they turn away, say, "I have warned you all alike, though I do not know whether [the scourge] which you are promised is near at hand or far off. 109 "Verily, He knows all that is said openly, just as He [alone] knows all that you would conceal. 110 And I know not; perhaps it is a trial for you and enjoyment for a time." 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge Thou with truth! And our Lord is the All-merciful; His succour is ever to be sought against that you describe.' 112
