Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ya-Sin. 1 By the Qur'an, full of Wisdom,- 2 Lo! thou art of those sent 3 On a Straight Way. 4 by [virtue of] what is being bestowed from on high by the Almighty, the Dispenser of Grace, 5 In order that thou mayest admonish a people, whose fathers had received no admonition, and who therefore remain heedless (of the Signs of Allah). 6 Undoubtedly, it (their disbelief) has proved true for most of them, so they will not believe. 7 We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that they cannot bow their heads 8 And We have put a barrier before them, and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up, so that they cannot see. 9 And it is alike unto them, whether thou warnest them or warnest them not; they shall not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 Surely We give life to the dead, and We write down what they have sent before and their footprints, and We have recorded everything in a clear writing. 12
