Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

Children of Israel, remember the favours I have bestowed upon you, and fulfil the covenant that you made with Me. I shall fulfil the covenant I made with you. Fear Me alone. 40 And believe in what I have sent down which verifies what is already with you; and do not be the first to deny it, nor part with it for little gain; and beware of Me. 41 Do not confound truth with falsehood, nor knowingly hide the truth while you know. 42 And be steadfast in prayer; practise regular charity; and bow down your heads with those who bow down (in worship). 43 ۞ Do you order righteousness of the people and forget yourselves while you recite the Scripture? Then will you not reason? 44 And seek help in patience and prayer. For it is heavy, except to the humble, 45 who know with certainty that they shall meet their Sustainer and that unto Him they shall return. 46
