۞ Also We revealed unto Moses, 'Go with My servants by night; surely you will be followed.' 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 They are always harassing us. 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 The people of the Pharaoh pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily! In this is indeed a sign (or a proof), yet most of them are not believers. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
