Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I do not need to swear by what you see 38 And all that ye see not 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 and then severed his life vein; 46 And not one of you would have been able to stop (Us). 47 And verily, this [Qur'an] is a reminder to all the God-conscious! 48 And indeed We know that some among you are deniers. 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
