Assuredly We vouchsafed the Book unto Musa; so be thou not in doubt in thy receiving it. And We appointed it to be a guidance unto the Children of Is'rail. 23 We appointed some of the Israelites as leaders for their exercising patience to guide the others to Our commands. They had firm belief in Our revelations. 24 Surely your Lord will judge between them on the day of resurrection concerning that wherein they differ. 25 Is it not a guidance for them, how many generations We have destroyed before them in whose dwellings they do walk about? Verily, therein indeed are signs. Would they not then listen? 26 And do they not see that We do drive rain to parched soil (bare of herbage), and produce therewith crops, providing food for their cattle and themselves? Have they not the vision? 27 And they say: When will this Decision arrive if ye are truthtellers? 28 Say: 'On the Day of Opening the faith of the unbelievers will not benefit them, nor shall they be respited' 29 Therefore turn away from them and wait as they are waiting. 30
