1/4 Hizb 27
< random >
The righteous (will be) amid gardens and fountains (of clear-flowing water). 45 Enter them in peace, secure. 46 We shall cleanse their hearts of all traces of ill-will; they will be like brethren seated on couches facing one another. 47 There no sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I - I alone - am truly forgiving, a true dispenser of grace; 49 and that My punishment is a painful one. 50 And inform them of Ibrahim’s guests. 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 They said, 'Be not afraid; behold, we give thee good tidings of a cunning boy.' 53 He said: bear ye me glad tidings when old age hath touched me? of what then ye bear me glad tidings? 54 They said, “We have given you true tidings, therefore do not lose hope.” 55 He said, "No one despairs of the mercy of his Lord except those who are in error. 56 He added: "And what [else] may you have in view, O you [heavenly] messengers?" 57 They said: verily we have been sent unto a people guilty 58 "(All) except the family of Lout (Lot). Them all we are surely going to save (from destruction). 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
