Indeed for the pious, with their Lord, are Gardens of Serenity. 34 Should We treat the true believers and the wrongdoers alike? 35 What aileth you? How ill ye judge! 36 Or have you, perchance, a [special] divine writ which you study, 37 and in which you find all that you may wish to find? 38 Or you have oaths from Us, reaching to the Day of Resurrection that yours will be what you judge. 39 Ask them, which of them will guarantee that! 40 Or is it that they have partners in worship? So they should bring their appointed partners, if they are truthful. 41 The Day that the shin shall be laid bare, and they shall be summoned to bow in adoration, but they shall not be able,- 42 Their eyes will be cast down, ignominy will cover them; they used to be called to prostrate (offer prayers), while they were healthy and good (in the life of the world, but they did not). 43 Leave those who reject the Quran to Me and I shall lead them step by step to destruction, without their being aware of it. 44 And I will grant them a respite. Verily, My Plan is strong. 45 Or is it that you (O Muhammad SAW) ask them a wage, so that they are heavily burdened with debt? 46 Or do they have knowledge of the unknown which they copy down? 47 So wait with patience for the Decision of your Lord, and be not like the Companion of the Fish, when he cried out (to Us) while he was in deep sorrow. (See the Quran, Verse 21:87). 48 had his Lord not bestowed His favour upon him, he would have been cast upon that barren shore (and would have remained there) in disgrace. 49 but [as it was,] his Sustainer had elected him and placed him among the righteous. 50 And verily, those who disbelieve would almost make you slip with their eyes through hatredness when they hear the Reminder (the Quran), and they say: "Verily, he (Muhammad SAW) is a madman!" 51 Whilst it is no more than reminder for the people of the world. 52
