"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 There, no fatigue shall smite them, nor shall they ever be driven from it' 48 ۞ (Muhammad), tell My servants that I am All-forgiving and All-merciful 49 And that My punishment-- that is the painful punishment. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 when they came to him they greeted him with: "Peace." He said,"We feel afraid of you." 52 Said they: "Fear not! Behold, we bring thee the glad tiding of [the birth of] a son who will be endowed with deep knowledge." 53 He said: Bring ye me good tidings (of a son) when old age hath overtaken me? Of what then can ye bring good tidings? 54 They said: we bear tidings of a truth; be then thou not of the desponding. 55 [Abraham] exclaimed: "And who - other than those who have utterly lost their way - could ever abandon the hope of his Sustainer's grace?" 56 Messengers, what is your task?" 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 excepting the folk of Lot; them we shall deliver 59 “Except his wife – we have decided that she is of those who will stay behind.” 60
