۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Thereupon We inspired Moses thus: Strike the sea with thy staff!" - whereupon it parted, and each part appeared like a mountain vast. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, every one; 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
